Parts Tracking
The Parts Tracking screen gives you a very simple straight forward approach to ordering and tracking parts. When you import the estimate for production the Parts Tracking Form will automatically be generated for the vehicle. The order status drop list is color coded for an easy and quick view of the parts status.
If an item is in stock and is entered in the inventory section, it will automatically populate the on hand quantity. By selecting a vendor you can create a Purchase Order to order the items needed. When the items are received and posted to the purchase orders, the received quantity and status will be updated automatically
