- I want to be able to print my Key Tag Numbers on the Windshield Tag.
Return to SupportFrom the Main Menu, select Utilities-> My Company Information, then check the box for "Show KEY TAG number on window tag"
- Our State does not allow us to display the Customer's Name on the Windshield tag.
From the Main Menu, select Utilities-> My Company Information, then remove the check in the box for "Show customer NAME on window tag"
- Why does the date at the bottom of the Main Menu sometimes display in red?
The date at the bottom of the Main Menu screen shows the last date RPT was Backed up. If a backup has not been preformed in more than 5 days, the date box will display in red.
- I want to send a Customer an email.
From the Production Screen, select the Customer History button, then click on the mail icon next to the customer's email address to compose an email with the computer's default email client.
